Elicits leadership’s destination, bet and refusal without drafting any of it.
Interviews leadership in eight questions, one per turn, to record the destination they are heading for, the bet they are making, and what they refuse to do. It elicits and never proposes a candidate answer, not even framed as an example, because a confirmed fabrication is indistinguishable on the page from a held intent.
Its purpose is to give the vision work a foundation that is actually held rather than merely plausible. Where an answer has to be drafted for the user, it is stamped as drafted and unverified, and that stamp is never quietly edited out.
What it needs, and which agents use what it produces.
