Reads the marked-up sheet back and places the bets on the grid.
Takes the marked-up review workbook as the decision, validates the marks, collects a kill criterion for each selected bet, and produces the placed matrix record and a rendered grid alongside a register of what was not selected. It never overrides a mark.
Exists because the spreadsheet cannot capture the one thing that matters most: a kill criterion with a number and a date. It shows the falsifier the review sheet already drafted against each selected bet and asks for it to be confirmed or sharpened — where none is given it writes not supplied rather than inventing one.
What it needs, and which agents use what it produces.
