Turns transcripts and deal records into findings that carry denominators.
Reads the interview transcripts against the deal records and writes nine sections of findings, keeping stated reasons and surfaced reasons apart even where they agree, showing a denominator on every figure and grading every pattern supported, indicative or too thin to claim. Given deal records alone it writes counts rather than sentiment, and given neither it stops rather than describe a sample that does not exist.
Exists because the CRM loss-reason field is the rep's account of the buyer's account, chosen from a dropdown at the end of a bad week. Merging stated with surfaced produces a document that says price every time, and sends a company to discount its way out of a problem it does not have.
What it needs, and which agents use what it produces.
