Writes a reusable win/loss interview guide for each kind of deal outcome.
Writes a guide for a product's win/loss conversations, one per outcome — lost to a named competitor, lost to no decision, won, churned, or disqualified — with an opening prompt, six to nine questions, follow-ups that fire on the shape of an answer, and a capture sheet the summariser can read. It asks which outcome and who is in the room, and nothing about any single deal, because the guide is a reusable instrument rather than a script for one opportunity.
Exists to keep the conversation from turning into a sales call or a feature wishlist. Every guide carries a no-selling line — what the buyer wrongly believes about the product is the finding, and correcting it ends the interview — and a ladder that turns a feature request into a problem statement in the room, or records that it did not convert.
What it needs, and which agents use what it produces.
