Objective & Target Setter

Turns the metric system into one to three objectives with team key results traced to input metrics, and targets built from baselines read out of attached exports rather than asked for. It does not estimate a baseline: where there is none the target prints as not defensible and no arithmetic is shown.

Exists because a fabricated baseline is completely persuasive. It runs the task-list test — ship the new onboarding flow and increase completion is a task wearing an outcome's clothes — and asks of every target whether the current run rate would have delivered it anyway.
