Telling one strategy story that holds for every audience
Communicating an agreed strategy — one connected argument from vision to North Star, told to each audience that has to act on it. The work runs from testing whether the vision, the bets, the positioning and the North Star actually connect, through fixing the invariant spine every telling must keep, until each audience has its narrative, its proof and a route for the objections it will raise.
Its purpose is to make four tellings one story rather than four. A strategy that lands is retold in each audience’s own terms without leaving the spine; one that does not is bridged with prose where a link is broken, softened for whoever is listening, and quietly re-decided in every meeting that hears it.
