Using four simple inputs, we can provide a conservative estimate of the capacity Pentaria returns to your product management and product marketing team, priced at what that team costs you today.
Research, competitive analysis, personas, requirements, positioning, launch and enablement.
Set by your AI maturity. Change it if you know better.
Not everyone uses a new tool every day. This discounts for that.
One seat per PM and PMM.
2,080 hours less holidays and paid time off.
This is capacity, not cash. Unless headcount changes, it is time your team puts toward higher-value work. Figures assume steady-state use, after the first few months of adoption.
Tell us what matters to you most and we will work with you to build the full ROI picture: faster launches, fewer launch misses, R&D spent on features customers want and use, higher win rates and more.
Each is shown as a range or a break-even point, kept apart from the ROI above.
Thank you - we will be in touch with you soon.
Capacity returned = people × share of time on covered work × time saved on that work × adoption.
Value = that share × your team's total loaded cost. Return on cost = value ÷ Pentaria's annual price.
Loaded cost = base salary × 1.23, plus bonus. The 1.23 comes from U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics data: insurance, retirement and legally required benefits add about 23% to salary for management, business and professional roles. Paid leave is already in salary, so it isn't counted twice.
Time saved is a Pentaria estimate. Public studies range widely: consultants using AI on suitable tasks worked 25% faster (Harvard Business School and BCG, 758 consultants), while the St. Louis Fed measures under 3% of all hours saved across business occupations, counting people who don't use AI.
Estimates for planning only, not a guarantee of results. Outcomes depend on adoption and on how your team works.
