Amy is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Pentaria. Amy brings over 15 years of product management, development, and operations experience to her role and boasts extensive experience leading B2B and B2C software and technology product teams through development and launch.

Prior to Pentaria, Amy was a hands-on practitioner of market-driven principles. As a Pragmatic Institute instructor, Amy brought tremendous mentorship and people management experience to her training and advisory support practices.

Her past roles include Operations Manager and Director of Technology Solutions at Work Options Group, Director of Product Management at Bright Horizons, and VP of Client Service and Product Development at TalenTrust.
