We strive to keep full feature parity across all models, but due to model limitations and the rapid changes in frontier models, we cannot guarantee that every workflow, agent, or feature will work exactly the same in every model. ### Is my data secure with Pentaria? Yes. With your subscription, you download Pentaria agents and run them inside the AI you already use, so your data stays within your organization. No private customer data passes to Pentaria via workflows, agents or the Pentaria Explorer portal. No. We can turn on or off access to workflows and agents to your team based on the deployment and rollout plan we co-develop. Yes, you can. Many of our clients start with a pilot but quickly move to a larger deployment as they see value. ### Does this just create more documents? Yes, it can - but that isn't the point. When we created Pentaria, it was important to us not to build a fancy AI tool to fill up your shared drives with more documents no one reads. Our agents will create outputs of many types: markdown, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, PDFs, and more. These outputs can be shared across your teams as you normally would to share knowledge. More importantly, they are also loaded into the memory of your AI model as you create them with our agents. Every time you work with Pentaria's agents to complete a workflow, you are educating your AI with valuable information about your market, your ideal customer profile, your personas, your competition and more. After completing a handful of workflows, you have applied your knowledge into the AI, which turns it into a living system that can now answer questions about the work with others. Yes, in two ways. Pentaria agents are fully auditable and editable. With your subscription you can adjust them however you see fit. However, due to the high quality bar for Pentaria agents and how interconnected they are to other agents and workflows, we cannot guarantee the performance of any agents or workflows that you or your team have edited. If you prefer to engage Pentaria to customize the workflows and agents on your behalf, we will certify them to work within our platform and support them with updates. ### Can you build us new agents and workflows? Just like the work of product management and product marketing, many of the agents create upstream work to enable downstream activities in teams from Marketing, Sales, and Support.
